Notice: In most cases the vacation rentals are rented by the whole month at a time or longer only starting the first day of each month. We find it very difficult to book a vacation rental starting the 5th of the month and checking out the 12th of the next month as we do not operate a hotel. In most cases (99% of the time), we will not be able to help you with a vacation rental that breaks up a month as such. We do not have short-term rentals available at this time. Vacation rentals that we manage have seasonal rental rates that change during the year. The winter season is our high season that brings a higher demand and higher rental rates. Folks from around the world visit Hawaii to enjoy the tropic weather with us during their winter period. The low season for us are the summer months when rentals have a lower demand therefore lower rental rates come into effect at that time. So if you want to lower your cost for a Hawaiian vacation, come over to visit one of our great properties during the summer months. **High season starts November 1st and ends April 30th. **Low season starts May 1st and ends October 31st. Properties that are available for rent for longer terms will be posted as such on the information text that each property has attached to it below. If the property text gives you high and low rental amounts then in most cases the property will be a monthly type vacation rental. If you want a longer termed rental in the Diamond Head Honolulu Gold Coast area please let us know and we will try to help you on a case-by-case basis. Mahalo and Aloha. Many of the properties that we manage are oceanfront condos in Honolulu and the Diamond Head area also called the Honolulu Gold Coast. This area is just west of Waikiki along the sandy beach about 6 blocks at the foot of Diamond Head Crater. The Diamond Head / Gold Coast area of Honolulu offers an environment that is so relaxing to live in. World famous Kapiolani Park with acres of parkland to enjoy right across the street. The zoo and the Waikiki aquarium are near by, Waikiki beach, Kuhio Beach, Queens Beach and on to Sans Souci Beach and Colony Surf beach and onward to Diamond Head and the exclusive & luxury Kahala. Fine Dining in Diamond Head can also be found along with surfing, sunbathing, tennis, swimming, snorkeling, jogging, hiking Diamond Head, boating, walking along sandy beaches with breathtaking views of turquoise blue waters. Palm trees swaying to the trade winds with rainbows and sunsets like you've never seen. This is indeed, paradise by the sea. These properties include studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom rental apartments. Some are direct beachfront accommodations and others are in oceanfront buildings. Some of the apartments and homes are not along the ocean.
